Boies Schiller Flexner together with 3VB invites you to a panel discussion event as part of London International Disputes Week. Speakers with experience across a wide range of “difficult” jurisdictions will give their expert perspectives on the problems and opportunities of enforcement. The session will focus on the procedural, substantive and economic barriers to enforcement, considering how claimants can build strategies to monetise their awards and how defendants can resist improper enforcement efforts.  We will also be considering the effect of sanctions on the enforcement regime, how to identify and pursue crypto assets and why public policy still matters.
