From 5G to ChatGPT: The future of technology disputes and legal tech

18 May
18:00 - 19:30

Technology is transforming the ways in which individuals, business and governments interact, with wide-ranging implications for arbitration. In line with London International Disputes Week’s theme of ‘adapting to a changing world’, this panel event will explore the impact of technology on the future of arbitration.

We will examine recent trends in disputes in the technology sector, as well as the use of technology within arbitration.

How is the technology sector fuelling new types of commercial disputes, and how can arbitration resolve them? With States stepping up technology regulation in the telecoms and cryptocurrency space, what does the future look like for investment treaty disputes? How can the innovative and ethical application of technology assist arbitration?

Our esteemed panel of experts will address these questions and more.  Join us for an evening of discussion and debate, followed by networking drinks and canapés. We hope that you will be able to join us for what we are sure will be a very lively and enjoyable evening.

From 7.30pm there will be networking drinks and canapes available.
