Whether it is the ease with which cryptocurrencies ‘cross’ jurisdictions or the global customer base seeking redress from losses leading to the insolvency of FTX, digital assets present a challenge to the fundamental notion of private international law based upon physical geographies. Join a panel of international experts to discuss this hot topic.
